INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

Paganella Academy, with registered office in Via Priori, 14, 38010 - ANDALO (TN), as Data Controller pursuant to art. 4 of the GDPR, informs you that it will process your personal data, manually and/or by computer, as indicated below.

Purpose of the processing

The data will be processed for purposes related to the execution of the contract, including any pre-contractual phase and, specifically, for the compilation of personal data lists, bookkeeping, invoicing, communications via paper and/or electronic means, tax compliance, organizational management of the requested services and stipulation of contracts, setting appointments, processing orders, deliveries, bureaucratic obligations relating to the requested services.

The data may be used to send, on paper or via e-mail, commercial and/or promotional communications relating to products and services similar to those covered by the existing contractual relationship, unless you expressly disagree.

The data may be processed for internal statistical purposes.

Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible for us to execute contracts and other related obligations, as well as to correctly manage mutual commercial relations.

Legal basis

The data will be processed for the execution of a contract concluded with you or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request, as well as for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

The sending of commercial and/or promotional communications relating to products and services similar to those covered by the existing contractual relationship occurs on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

Data recipients

The data may be communicated to third parties, for technical and operational needs strictly connected to the purposes stated above, in particular to the following categories of subjects:

entities, professionals, companies or other subjects appointed by us for processing related to the fulfillment of administrative, accounting and management obligations linked to the ordinary performance of our economic activity, including for debt collection purposes;
public authorities and administrations for purposes related to the fulfillment of legal obligations or to subjects authorized to access them by virtue of provisions of law, regulations, community legislation;
banks, financial institutions or other entities to which the transfer of data is necessary for the performance of our company's business in relation to the fulfillment, on our part, of the contractual obligations undertaken towards you.
suppliers of installation, assistance and maintenance services for IT and telematic systems and plants and of all services functionally connected and necessary for the fulfillment of the services covered by the Contract.

Data retention periods

The data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes illustrated above, as well as to fulfill obligations and/or protect rights provided by law.

Data Transfer

The Data Controller does not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.

However, it reserves the right to use “cloud” services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 of the GDPR.

Rights of the interested party

You have the right to exercise at any time the rights of access to data concerning you, of rectification/integration and, if there are legitimate grounds for it, of cancellation, limitation, opposition to processing and, where possible, portability of data to another Data Controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority if you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully.
